The dad

How is your life going, are you enjoying yourself? Or are you feeling that you are missing out?
Did you ever count down the minutes before it was bedtime?  I remember the time before kids and uninterrupted nights. I noticed that I had to change things to become the dad I wanted to be. What I have learned I want to share with you.

Energy first

When you have low energy, you are not in you best state. Therefore, working on your energy is so important. When you are high in energy it is easier to deal with all challenges the day throws at you.

Start with working on your energy gainers and drainers. Focus on you emotional, mental and physical energy and learn to recognize what kind of energy you are using. Import with energy is to know how you can recharge.

    Change habits.

    Change habits.
    If you have problems with energy and you cannot handle a day with out any caffeine, it might be time to change your habits.
    A few simple changes can make a huge difference. For example, stop using the phone when you are eating or on the toilet gives you some time to recharge. These habits we created distract us and little by little drain us form our energy.
    So, look at your habits are they all serving you?


    Where focus goes energy goes. Meaning if you focus on the bad and negative the result probably will match your focus. So be honest with yourself and practice appreciating the little things.
