What question do you ask yourself right before you go to bed? What is the question you ask yourself when you wake up? The results and experiences we get in life depends on the questions we ask ourselves and others around us. By asking the right question might we influence our destiny? Or not?
Did you ever wanted something so bad that you couldn’t stop thinking about it? Did you have any changes to act upon your desire? The big question did you act and if so did you achieved it? Many questions all related with the laws of attraction and how it can serve you.
What are you telling yourself every day? Conscious or unconscious? Are you aware of what you believe? Our believes make us who we are and holding us back in some cases. This is why it is important to understand what your believes and values are so that you can empower those that serve you and discredit the ones that are holding you back.
If I asked you, are you a negative or a positive person? What would you answer? Be honest with yourself. I know that being negative is easy sometimes, but is it really serving you? A positive mind set has so much more to offer.
Having kids disrupts your old routines, your old habits. Things you might have done for years and years now feel like dragging you down, are not motivating you anymore. The interrupted nights early mornings and constant demand for attention, don’t help in this area as well. Sound familiar?
Being a parent is not easy, late night, long days, working, interruptions in the night. To start early in the morning again. Where do you find the energy? How do you make sure you don’t get grumpy, frustrated, or act out on others? I went on a search and discovered something interesting.

When I started with investing I just bought some stocks I knew. Which is a good way to start investing buy a stock you know and like. What every happens you will learn from it, although the first big lose is probably the most painful one. When I started investing I lost and gained money, but I noticed one thing dividends.
Both willpower and visualization are powerful tools when trying to achieve your goals. Without willpower and only visualizing our goals, we have the risk of dreaming but never realizing. With infinite willpower we might be able to do what is necessary but without a clear goal we might get distracted and act to much on things in the short term. Running after the buzz of the day.
How is your morning ritual? Do you wake up and start with deadlines? I need to eat, get the kids out of bed leave on time? That can be pretty stressful and unpleasant, starting your morning in a rush. I know you get in the habit, but with children these kinds of habits tend to become a struggle.
What makes me happy, does not necessarily mean that it will make you happy as well. It has to do with personal preferences.

When I thought of investing a few years ago, I thought of the stock market. Today I would say investing comes in more flavors and the most import once for me are personal development and financial investment.
During hectic days I sometimes forget to take a little break and just go and go and go. The result is that at the end of the day I am tired and drained from energy. This made me wonder is there a way to avoid this energy drain?

Ever had a day that you thought I am so tired, and you went to the gym or started an exercise and afterwards you felt full of energy?
You experienced an emotional and or mental energy drain, your physical body still had all the energy it needed to get you going, but you emotional or mental energy was drained for that day. You needed a reset or recharge to get you going again.
My journey started with a 10-day challenge to eat vegan whole foods. I decided to accept this challenge and cut out all animal products, stop eating over processed foods, eliminate as many toxins as possible and eat as much fresh products as possible. To be honest the first 3 days where horrible, my stomach was clearly not happy with my decision to start eating “healthier”. The rest of my body did not seem to mind my recent change. Even stopping with consuming caffeine went without any real trouble.
My biggest question of reasoned years is how do I live a healthy life, where I have all the energy I need to keep up with my kids. Actually, where my kids need to keep up with me. My parents thought what they have learned and what was influenced by there parents, which is understandable. What I had learned from my parents was sadly not enough to delivering the live and energy levels I wanted in my life. So, I started doing some research, accepted a challenge and just started trying out things that might help in my journey to finding a healthy life, where I am not limited by my energy, disease or disabilities.
In my journey to financial abundance the first major financial level to achieve for me is financial independence. Meaning I want enough income from other sources then income from working to cover my monthly financial obligations.
So how do I reach financial independence what roads do I have to cover and what strategies are available to reach financial independence.
In my search for fulfillment and happiness I always am open to try new things and one of the things that helped me improve my overall happiness and fulfillment is quite simple. I found out that the words we use in our speech and thoughts affect the way we feel. Like Joseph MCClendon III says:” Until we decide to take control of our own thought process we will be at the mercy of circumstance”
In search of financial abundance, I was looking for clearly defined steps to measure where I am at currently financially and what I must achieve to reach my goal of financial abundance. I read many articles and books, followed courses on managing finances and about investing and found that these 7 levels describe the road to financial abundance in the clearest way possible.
